Qualified prohibition of passage – usually for trucks
In a penalty case, a professional driver was charged with the following offense:
They did not observe the traffic prohibition ordered by sign 251 with additional signs, although the roadfläche was additionally marked by traffic devices.

We were also able to help our client in another case. We were able to achieve that the fine was reduced from 500 € to 200 € and that no driving ban was imposed. This ultimately averted the threat of job losses:
